材料:江鱼仔(已剥,洗净沥干)200克,洋葱(切丝)2粒,红辣椒 (切段)适量,盐 适量,糖 适量,酸柑汁 ½汤匙
做法:
1. 烧热油锅,以大火将江鱼仔炸香脆,备用。
2. 烧热1汤匙油爆香洋葱和红辣椒。
3. 倒入炸脆的江鱼仔。
4. 加入少许盐和糖炒均匀。
5. 淋上酸柑汁即可。
