


Customer’s home made acar with our ikan bilis
We are lucky enough to have our lovely customer’s recipe for their home made acar.
1) Acar chili sauce ingredients:
Mix the ingredients below and throw them into a cooking pot to fried for about half an hour.
- Red chilies x 10
- Little chili pepper x 20
- Shallot x 30
- Dry chilies x 20
- Garlic clove x 10
- Anchovies
- Dried shrimp
- Cashew nut
- Buah keras x 10
- Asam jawa juice
- Sugar melaka
- Salt
- Black Pepper
2) Main ingredients :
- Carot x 7
- Cabbage x 1
- Long Bean x 10
- Cucumber x 7
- Green chili pepper
- Red chili peper
All these ingredients have to be cut into long shape (refer to picture above), and boil it in hot water for abour 3 minutes. Add 3 spoons of vinegar and sugar each into the hot water.
3) Last step:
Wait for the sauce and all these ingredients to be cool off, and mix them together. Put in fridge to marinate for 1 day.
4) Enjoy your Acar
1) Acar 辣椒酱材料:
(以下的材料都要搅拌后放在锅里炒香大约一个小时半)
- 红辣椒 x 10
- 小辣椒 x 20
- 小葱头 x 30
- 辣椒干 x 20
- 蒜米 x 10 瓣
- 江鱼仔
- 虾米
- 腰豆
- 石栗 x 10
- 亚参果水
- 马六甲椰糖
- 盐
- 胡椒
2) 主料 :
- 胡萝卜 x 7 根
- 包菜 x 1 颗
- 长豆 x 10 条
- 青瓜 x 7 条
- 青辣椒 x 5 条
- 红辣椒 x 5 条
( 这些菜要切长形,然后放在热水里大约烫3 分钟)
* 热水里要加糖和醋各3 汤匙
3)最后步骤: 等这些酱料和青菜凉后,搅拌在炒好的辣椒酱 (放在冰箱,腌隔天才吃)
