  • 自选干面 100克
  • 去骨江鱼仔 40克
  • 洋葱 1粒
  • 红萝卜 ½条(100克)
  • 香菇调味粉 ½茶匙
  • 水 700毫升

配料(份量随意):
煎蛋、蟹柳、芥兰、红萝卜

  • 40g deboned dried anchovies
  • 1 onion
  • ½ (100g) carrot
  • ½ tsp mushroom seasoning powder
  • 700ml water
