Our purse seine catching method often catch different school of anchovies that swim too close to each other in the same area. Workers have to manually sort different types of anchovies (ikan bilis) into separated containers, and the main kind of fish will be sweep into a basket beneath the sorting table. This is our daily routine in the processing factory.
